At least he has self-confidence....

So Brandon was telling me about his day today. He is upset because the teacher would not let some other students help him with something. He said that the second smartest kid in class was trying to help him and the teacher stopped her. I asked him who the smartest kid in class was. He said, "Me." :-)

  2. That made me smile. He sounds glorious! At my age, I'd give a ton for a bit of that confidence!

  4. motherbumper: Isn't that right! He seems to really be coming around again recently, a trend I am very thankful for.

In your blog you sound very confident! You are an amazing writer. I love the way you write about your observations of the people and events around you. You can paint an incredible picture.

He is such an amazing boy. The way he chooses to implement his creativity and intelligence often presses my patience, but I am always awed when he pulls it all together.

I need to have more of his confidence as well. I'm working on it. Trying harder to just be me regardless of who is around or looking on, not so self-concious.
